Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the OneGO website at https://onego.in and the enquiry forms on it. By using the site you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
These Terms cover the website only. Any software, website, design, marketing, or consulting work we perform is governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, invoice, or contract. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the signed commercial documents control for that engagement.
1. Who we are

2. The website is information and enquiry only
Content on this site (service descriptions, case studies, testimonials, prices, timelines, and statistics) is general information. It is not a binding offer, not legal, tax, or investment advice, and not a guarantee of results for your business. A contract is formed only when we issue a written proposal or order that you accept, or when we otherwise agree in writing.
3. No reliance on outcomes shown
Client names, testimonials, and case-study figures describe past work. Results vary. You should not treat them as a promise of similar outcomes.
4. Enquiries and communications
You must provide accurate information on forms. Submitting a form is a request that we contact you about that enquiry. It does not create a project, retainer, or partnership. We may refuse, delay, or stop responding to enquiries that are abusive, unlawful, spam, or outside the work we offer.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose; send malware, spam, or deceptive content; probe, scrape at a scale that harms the service, or bypass security or rate limits; impersonate another person; submit content that infringes others’ rights; or interfere with other users’ use of the site.
6. Intellectual property
The website design, text, graphics, logos, and compilation are owned by OneGO or our licensors. Materials you send us in an enquiry remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to use them solely to evaluate and respond to that enquiry. Project IP is decided only in the commercial contract for that project.
7. Third-party services and links
Social media, WhatsApp, maps, and other linked services are provided by third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply.
8. Website availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free access. We may change or withdraw pages, prices, or forms without notice.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Limitation of liability (website)
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneGO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from website use. Our total liability arising out of website use, for all claims in the aggregate, is limited to INR 5,000 or the amount you paid us solely for website access in the twelve months before the claim (which is typically nil), whichever is higher. This cap does not apply to paid project work.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify OneGO from claims arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms, or content you submit, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
12. Professional services
Delivery timelines, warranties, support, confidentiality, and payment terms for actual projects are only those in the signed commercial documents.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have. Before filing a claim about the website, email contact@onego.in and allow 30 days to try to resolve the issue.
14. General
If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement for website use.
15. Changes
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for subsequent use.
