- 03 Excel is not a failure. It is the current system. Most MSMEs run on sheets for a reason. Replace a sheet when two people already disagree, or when last week’s file is the only copy. Read

- 07 BizBook first, ERP later — if billing is the actual problem If invoices and outstanding are the mess, start there. A full ERP does not fix billing that nobody issues on time. Read
