Effective 17 August 2026 · Last updated 30 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how OneGO (“OneGO”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data when you use https://onego.in and related enquiry forms. We operate from Pune, Maharashtra, India.
We handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law. This notice covers the website and sales enquiries. A signed proposal, statement of work, or contract may add project-specific terms.

2. Personal data we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:
- Identity and contact details: name, company, email, phone number, and website URL if you provide one.
- Enquiry details: service or product interest, budget where requested, timeline where requested, subject, message or requirement, and the page or context from which you submitted the enquiry.
- Technical and attribution data: IP address where processed by our server or security controls, browser and device information, referring URL, landing page, conversion page, campaign parameters such as UTM values or click identifiers where present, and related timestamps.
- Usage data: pages viewed and interaction or conversion events such as starting or submitting an enquiry or clicking phone, email, or WhatsApp links, where analytics is enabled.
- Cookies or similar storage: information used for website functionality or analytics where enabled.
Public visitors are not required to create an account to browse the website or submit an enquiry. We do not knowingly ask public visitors to provide passwords, payment card numbers, or government identity numbers through the website enquiry forms.
3. How we collect it
- Directly from you when you submit Get Quote, Contact, Let’s Talk, or similar forms, or when you email, call, or message us.
- Automatically when you browse the site through normal server/security logs and, where analytics is enabled, website usage and conversion measurement.
- From UTM or campaign parameters in a link you click, if present.
Fields marked required are needed to respond to your enquiry. Optional fields help us scope the work. Please do not send sensitive personal data (health, biometrics, financial account secrets, or data about children) through the website forms.
4. Why we use personal data
- To acknowledge and respond to your enquiry, including by email, phone, or WhatsApp.
- To prepare quotes, proposals, and follow-up that you requested.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website (including spam and abuse prevention, such as honeypot checks on forms).
- To keep business records required for tax, accounting, and dispute handling.
- To send service-related messages about an enquiry or engagement you already started. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated bulk marketing lists.
By submitting a form you consent to us contacting you about that enquiry. You may withdraw consent for further marketing-style follow-up by emailing contact@onego.in. We may still retain limited records where the law requires it.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share it only with our team who need it to handle your enquiry; service providers who process data on our instructions (hosting, email delivery, analytics); professional advisers under confidentiality; and authorities if required by law. If we use processors outside India, we will do so only as permitted under applicable law.
6. Retention
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and for a reasonable follow-up period. If work is contracted, related records may be kept for the engagement and for periods required under Indian tax and commercial law. Spam or abusive submissions may be deleted sooner or retained as needed to protect the service.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Please use contact@onego.in for confidential commercial discussions rather than putting secrets in a public form.
8. Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies or similar storage may be used for website functionality, including session and security-related purposes.
Where analytics is enabled, we may use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and interaction or conversion events, such as page views, enquiry starts and submissions, and clicks on phone, email, or WhatsApp links.
We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, full enquiry messages, addresses, or private business requirement text to analytics.
Analytics is intended to help us understand how the website is used and which pages or channels generate meaningful enquiries, not to build individual advertising profiles.
You can control cookies and similar technologies through your browser settings. Additional choices may apply depending on the analytics configuration in use.
9. Your rights
Subject to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access, correction, erasure of data we no longer need, withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent, and nomination where the law provides for it. Send requests to contact@onego.in from the email you used.
10. Grievance officer
You may raise a privacy complaint with our Grievance Officer at contact@onego.in or +91 95459 43434. Please include “Privacy grievance” in the subject. You may also approach the Data Protection Board of India as provided under applicable law.
